Pupil voice at St Willibrord's Primary School is represented through the Pupil Parliament, a group of children elected by their class peers to represent them in whole school decision making. Pupil Parliament have created a vision statement to express their values.
Pupil Parliament: When we all work together, we all achieve together. ‘It may be small but we’ve got it all! Never fear, Pupil Parliament is here!
Pupil Parliament children campaign and are then voted for by the children and staff at school. Pupil Parliament have a suggestion box in each class and hold regular class meetings and discussions on the playground to provide feedback and find out information. As a team they help to represent the children of our school. Regular meetings are held with Miss Key where the children are able to express their thoughts, ideas and beliefs about the needs of the school. They are then supported in taking action and succeeding in their plans by Miss Key, Mr McIver and our school community.
