Seesaw

What is Seesaw?

Seesaw is an AMAZING app that we will be using for your child to share their home learning and fun! Seesaw provides a SAFE and creative way to share learning whilst developing their Writing and Reading skills. Seesaw, is a secure online learning journal where children can create and upload their work to document their learning. They can also add photos, videos, worksheets, drawings and voice recordings to their Seesaw journal. Seesaw journals are private to our school and only accessible by the teacher and pupils from their class.

What do I need to do?

Go to https://app.seesaw.me on your computer or laptop.

OR download the Seesaw App for free, which is available on iOS and Android.

What happens next?

Using the CODE sent out in this email for your child to login in and explore.

The code sent out for your child is individual and therefore unique to that child.

Children will choose their name from the class list, they MUST only post under their own name. Teacher’s will be able to monitor what is posted and what is seen. Each post will be reviewed by the teacher before it posted onto the class journal.

Seesaw will be used for remote learning and homework so please ensure you can access this app at home.

Education City

Education City can be accessed through a tablet, laptop/ computer or phone. Education City will be used for remote learning and homework.

Your child will have an individual log in for the site. This can be given by the school office or class teacher.
